Parkinson's Care
At My Homecare Haringey, we provide practical and reassuring support for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Our carers can assist with personal care, mobility, meals, medication routines and everyday activities, helping clients remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible in their own home.
Parkinson’s symptoms can vary throughout the day, particularly during “on” and “off” periods or episodes of freezing. Our team takes time to understand how the condition affects each person, including their mobility, daily routine and prescribed medication times. We aim to provide familiar, consistent carers who can adapt their support as needs change and work alongside families, Parkinson’s nurses and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
